Master the relationship between boiler efficiency and system performance in this full day seminar. With today's changing technology, selecting high efficiency equipment is not sufficient to ensure optimal performance.
This class will provide you with the tools you need to design and operate a boiler system for higher efficiency and lower operational costs. Engineers, as well as individuals on the architectural and design/build side of the business will benefit most from this class. Topics covered include system design, venting, controls, combustion pumps and annual maintenance.
Attendees earn up to 8 hours of continuing education(CE)* by attending.
Designed for individuals on the technical service side of the business, this class provides thorough understanding of boilers and water heaters under the Advanced Thermal Hydronics and RBI brands. From start-up and service to the programming of Heatnet, attendees will learn to optimize equipment performance and minimize emergency service calls. This class provides an understanding of basic boiler room design, as well as startup, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures for KN and RBI units. Attendees will learn to identify and address common challenges associated with modern boiler rooms and equipment that can effect system performance such as gas supply, venting, makeup air, piping, pumping and valves.
This is a hands-on class with time in our live-fire lab providing attendees the opportunity to gain proficiency with the Heatnet control platform as a system integration control. Time will be spent utilizing it's sensors, inputs, outputs and HeatNet Online diagnostics to optimize total system performance and cut down on service calls related to the boiler.
